UniCredit Bank GmbH acts as systematic internaliser (pursuant to Art. 4 Para. 1 No. 20 under MiFID II) for all own issued securitised derivatives and selected shares admitted for trading on a European trading venue commencing 3.1.2018. Therefore UniCredit Bank GmbH has fulfilled the registration procedure with BaFin.

These financial instruments are enabled for trading on the electronic securities trading system “cats” operated by “Boerse Stuttgart cats GmbH” and/or “TradeLink” operated by “vwd TransactionSolutions AG”. Additional instruments may be added in the future and communicated to our clients.
